Excellent service, lots of bicycles available, if you have questions about things they are very helpful and informative. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a shop they work on bicycles. Definitely worth stopping by and browsing, they have a huge selection of all things bicycle.. 🙂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience from start to finish! The Bike World team made the RAGBRAI charter process incredibly easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, organized, and happy to answer questions. You can tell they genuinely care about the cycling community and making sure riders have a great experience. If you’re looking for a bike shop that goes above and beyond, whether it’s for service, gear, or RAGBRAI support, I highly recommend Bike World. Thanks for helping make this adventure possible! 🚴‍♂️

Quick, attentive, honest. I thought my son's tires were shot and needed replaced. They showed me a like for like tire to show me they were actually fine, and just needed new inner tubes. No over-selling.

Steve is hands down the best. We went in to look at bikes for our 2 kids, 4 & 7, and he made us feel like the only customer in the store. The kids were able to test ride the bikes and feel comfortable on them in the parking lot. Once we decided on the purchase, they looked things over and got the seats adjusted for our kids. Highly recommend Bike World for any bicycle need!

Bike World was very helpful in helping me get back out on the road for the first time in years! It was wonderful to go riding with the family on a bike that was fun to ride, fit me appropriately, and works properly. These guys are super knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful to work with! Thanks Bike World!
